Lost Squad is a Half-Life 2 modification that looks quite interesting. The mod is developed by DmitRex Corporation and its third teaser trailer has just been released. This new teaser showcases some of the game’s destruction and you must check it out. Lost Squad is currently slated for a 2012 release and promises to feature Dynamic Destruction Environment (the modder claims that everything will be desctructible), Co-op mode and some new places, never before seen. In the past we’ve seen some amazing fan-made films that were based on videogames – and particularly on Half-Life 2. Singularity Collapse is one of them and perhaps the best we’ve ever seen so far. Contrary to all other fan-made movies, this one is shot completely in the first-person perspective and features some amazing effects. Don’t expect to see Gordon Freeman though, as the movie is based on City 17’s rebel forces. Oh and that buggy scene looks great. Be sure to check it out after the jump.
