Bandai Namco has just released a new cool gameplay trailer for its upcoming Unreal Engine 5-powered fighting game, DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO. For those unaware, DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO will be a new Budokai Tenkaichi game. So, be sure to watch it if you are fans of DBZ.

Bandai Namco has also published a blog post, claiming that it has the first 24 characters for the game. However, this is a clickbait title. In actuality, the company has only revealed Goku and Vegeta as playable characters. Both of them will have different forms. And yes, most of the iconic forms are here. For instance, we have Majin Vegeta, The Great Ape, Goku Blue (or as they call him Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan) and Goku Super Saiyan 3.

In this new DB game, you get to play and learn a lot of the iconic characters from Dragon Ball. Cell, Freeza, and Broly will be on the game’s roster. And yes, you can expect all of the Z fighters to be there. Each of them will have his/her signature abilities, transformations, and techniques.

DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO also promises to have super exciting 3D battles. Bandai Namco claims that these battles will match the vibe of the anime and manga. The game looks amazing, and the fighting moves are spot-on. I mean, just look at the trailer. This is one of the best-looking DBZ games. And yes, you can expect beam clashes, rush attacks, movements too quick for the eyes to see, and planet-razing ultimate attacks.

What’s also cool is that the environment will respond with stunning realism as you transform or unleash your most devastating attacks. Therefore, you’ll be able to leave a trail of destruction in your wake as you battle to your heart’s content.

Lastly, there is no ETA on when the game will come out. Naturally, though, we’ll be sure to keep you posted.
